Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil

Method

  • STEP 1 Grate cauliflower until rice okay structure.
  • STEP 2 Finely chop shallots.
  • STEP 3 Add oil, shallots and garlic to the pan and fry until golden brown.
  • Step 4 Add the cauliflower and saute for another 4 minutes.
  • STEP 5 Serve with stir fries or as a substitute for rice.
