Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup self-raising

  • 3 mashed banana

Method

  • STEP 1 ring Grease a baking dish and line the base with baking paper.
  • STEP 2 Sift the flour and soda in a bowl. Add sugar.
  • STEP 3 Make a well in center and add bananas, eggs and oil.
  • Step 4 Mix until mixture is smooth.
  • STEP 5 Pour into cake pan and bake at 150 ° C for 1 hour.
  • STEP 6 Ice with cream cheese or lemon frosting if desired.
