  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Method

Notes

You can use fresh or frozen berries. Mix ingredients until just combined, if over mix the batter the muffins will be tough and chewy. If using frozen blueberries, leave them in the freezer until ready to use, or the mixture will be too wet. Lite sour cream can be used if desired. Muffins are suitable for freezing.
