Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 125g butter

Method

  • STEP 1 Beat the butter well until white.
  • STEP 2 Add half of the icing sugar and milk and beat again.
  • STEP 3 Add remaining icing sugar and beat well.

Notes

Do not use margarine for this or it will be too liquid.
