Ingredients

  • 3 mean crushed ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar

Method

  • STEP 1 Heat oven to 180 ° C and fat, and the base line of a loaf tin.

Notes

Best kept in the refrigerator and cut as needed. Sometimes I like to add a handful of chopped dates when you add the flour. You can also add choc chip if you want a choc chip banana bread.
