Ingredients

  • 1 orange peel on
  • 180g melted butter
  • 3 egg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour

  • 2 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 zested orange juiced

Method

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  • PHASE 2 Grease and flour a ring tin.
  • STEP 3 process the whole orange until well blended.
  • Step 4 Add all the remaining ingredients and process until well mixed.
  • STEP 5 Bake 40-45 minutes.
  • STEP 6 icing: Mix icing sugar, butter, zest and orange juice pretty together until the icing is of a consistency to run down the sides the cooled cake.

Notes
