Ingredients

  • 1 kg chuck steak (beef) cut into pieces

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 clove of minced garlic

  • 400g crushed tomatoes canned
  • 2 diced carrot
  • 1 diced peppers
  • 500 g green beans cut into pieces
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 laurel
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
