Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 4 medium potato cubes
  • 3 sliced ​​carrot

Method

  • STEP 1 in a pan, add a generous knob of butter and fry chicken, bacon and onion together until golden brown.
  • STEP 2 Add the garlic, soy, stock powders and herbs near the end of the browning phase and mix through.
  • STEP 3 For the slow cooker add the wine, stock, zucchini slices, chicken, potatoes and carrots.

Notes

liquid is too dense but the potatoes will thicken as they break. I prefer to soak up with bread, but you can add a little 'of corn starch, if you want a thick sauce.
