Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 2 1/2 cup Rice bubbles
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Method

  • STEP 1 dissolve the butter over low heat.
  • STEP 2 Add sugar and honey, let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until combined well.
  • STEP 3 Pour rice bubbles in a bowl. Add the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  • Step 4 Pour into a tray lined with baking paper, flatten to create a smooth surface.
  • STEP 5 Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until hard.
  • STEP 6 Turn out on wooden board and cut into slices.

if you want a color that you can use food coloring or marshmallows.
