  • 1 rice cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 100g diced bacon slices
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cup chicken broth (liquid)
  • 2 tablespoons sauce soybean

Method

  • STEP 1 Fry onion and bacon together in a saucepan.
  • STEP 2 Add sesame oil, garlic, onion and bacon, and rice in the rice cooker.
  • STEP 3 Stir, coating the rice in oil.
  • Step 4 Add broth and vegetables. Turn on rice cooker and wait until it pops out to warm up.
  • STEP 5 Add soy sauce, stir and serve.
