Ingredients

  • 170 g butter
  • 170 g sugar
  • 225 g molasses
  • 340 g self-raising flour
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • 235 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Method

  • STEP 1 melt the butter, sugar and golden syrup.
  • STEP 2 Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
