Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 35 g cocoa
  • 100g chocolate shavings milk
  • 100g dark chocolate chips
  • 80 g white chocolate * optional
  • 220 g self-raising flour

Method

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  • STEP 2 muffin tray line with wraps muffin.
