Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • 1 / 2 teaspoons of powdered ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 optional finely chopped green chili
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 3 sheets puff
  • 2 lightly beaten egg
  • 300 ml water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  • STEP 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant. Add onions, fry.
  • STEP 2 Add red pepper, curry and salt. When the onions are soft, add minced meat and fry for about 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3 Add water and cook until the meat is done and the mixture is very dry. Set aside to cool.
  • Step 4 pasty sheets Cut in half and spread with a little 'of beaten egg. Add the mixture of minced meat and evenly distributed on one half of the pastry.
  • STEP 5 Fold the other half over and seal well.
  • STEP 6 In a heated (oil pan) over low heat, fry until cooked pasta. No longer to cook as it burns easily.

Notes

You could also use vegetables and potatoes as a filling. Boil the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Cook as above and add some peas. You can adjust the amount of water to be used, just continue to add about 150 ml or less at a time until mince is made and reduce the water to obtain a dry curry. Do not cover with a lid.
