Ingredients

  • 500 g chopped chicken
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 grated zucchini
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup hell
  • 85 g than 2 minutes [noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Method

  • STEP 1 Add the garlic, oil and meat to the pan and brown.
  • STEP 2 Add carrots, zucchini, sauce and water and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3 Add the cabbage and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4 Turn off the oven, leave the pan on the stove and add the pasta.
  • STEP 5 stand for 5 minutes to allow the noodles to absorb the juices.

Notes

I prefer to use ground turkey as a nice change. minced beef can also be used.
