Ingredients

  • 1 kg chopped chicken
  • 2 cup grated cheese
  • 300 g chopped bacon slices
  • 2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 minced garlic clove
  • 2 egg
  • 1 pinch condiment
  • 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

Method

  • STEP 1 Fry onion and bacon until cooked.
  • STEP 2 Mix all ingredients together and form into balls.
  • STEP 3 Coat with breadcrumbs extra.
  • Step 4 Bake until cooked.

Notes

You can halve this recipe to make less, but I prefer to freeze any left over meatballs.
