Ingredients

  • 125g sweet biscuits crushed
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup cream powder
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 100 MLS * cream to decorate

Method

  • STEP 1 Combine cookie crumbs with butter and cinnamon.
  • STEP 2 print by a 20 cm buttered pie plate and refrigerate for about 1 hour to set.
  • STEP 3 Combine all the filling ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl. In the upper microwave for 3 minutes. Mix well.
  • Step 4 top Microwave for 2-3 minutes more until well thickened.
  • STEP 5 Mix well.
  • STEP 6 Allow to cool a bit 'before the spread on the crust and refrigerate to set.
  • STEP 7 Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or other decorations of choice.

Notes

I use a 600 mL carton of cream and pour approximately 350 mL in a bowl whip for the topping. Add the cup of milk to the remaining cream packaging and shake well then pour into a bowl with other ingredients for the filling. I use a microwave 1100W, times may vary with different models.
