Ingredients
- 300 g peeled sweet potatoes chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 250 g sultana
- 3 cup self-raising flour
- 250 g chopped butter
- 1 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 egg
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
Method
- STEP 1 Grease a 25cm round cake pan .
