Ingredients

  • 1 kg diced chicken breast fillet
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 big chopped
  • carrot
  • 2 celery stalk, chopped
  • 400 g chopped potatoes in box
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 6 chopped bacon slices shortcut
  • 1 1 / 2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot smoked paprika * to taste
  • 1 L chicken broth (liquid)
  • 420g tomato soup canned
  • 2 laurel

Method

  • STEP 1 oil [19459026heat] in a large pan, add the chicken in batches and cook until browned, transfer of each game to slow cooker.
  • STEP 2 Add a little 'oil and cook the onion, celery, carrots and until almost soft, then add to the slow cooker.
  • STEP 3 Open the canned potatoes, drain the water and cut the potatoes so they are roughly the same size then put the potato, garlic, bacon, thyme, oregano, paprika , stock, tomato soup, and bay leaves in the slow cooker, stir and cook on low for 4 hours.

Notes

can be served with rice, pasta, mashed potatoes or just in a bowl by itself (I prefer with pasta. although I like everything with the pasta).
