Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 cup self-raising flour

Method

  • STEP 1 In a bowl, mix zest, oil, eggs and sugar with a fork.
  • STEP 2 Add remaining ingredients and combine well.
  • STEP 3 Pour into greased ring tin and bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
