  • 75 g butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar cane
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Method

  • STEP 1 melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • STEP 2 Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • STEP 3 Add milk and stir until smooth.

Notes

If it seems too thick add a little 'more milk.
