Ingredients

  • 1 cup car -increase flour
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 125 g melted butter

Method

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180 ° C .
  • STEP 2 Combine flour, coconut and sugar. Add the melted butter and eggs, mixing well.
  • STEP 3 Place teaspoons of mixture onto lightly greased baking sheets, and if you use it, decorate each with either an almond or half a cherry.
  • Step 4 Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on trays until firm enough to handle, then cool completely on a wire rack.
