- 1 slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef cubes
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 610 ml broth beef broth (liquid)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Average chopped onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
Method
- STEP 1 Place beef, wine, broth, salt, pepper and onion in slow cooker. Shake.
- STEP 2 crumbs mix with the flour and stir.
- STEP 3 Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours.
- Step 4 Serve with noodles.
Notes
I add chopped parsley for garnish. I used stewing steak. Use burgundy or red wine.
