Ingredients

  • 750g minced beef
  • 1/2 cup of uncooked rice
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 teaspoons mixed dried herbs
  • 2 x 500 g tomato soup, canned
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Method

  • STEP 1 Mix mince, rice, onion, herbs and seasoning together in a bowl.
  • STEP 2 Shape into bite-sized balls.
  • STEP 3 Heat tomato soup and water to boil, then fall into meatballs.
  • Step 4 Simmer for 45 minutes.
