Ingredients

  • 750g frozen fries thick
  • 400 ml cream
  • 250 g slices of bacon
  • 250 g cheese
  • 4 TBS chopped garlic

Method

  • STEP 1 chip Cook according to package instructions.
  • STEP 2 While chips are baking, place cream in a saucepan over medium heat and add the garlic. Simmer until thickened.
  • STEP 3 chip sprinkle with bacon and cheese five minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  • Step 4 Pour garlic sauce over chips and serve.

Notes

You can use the fresh chips. The sauce is ready when it is thick and wants to coat the back of a spoon. You might also add 1 tablespoon of mustard to taste.
