- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Method
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- STEP 2 basic batter: Sift the flour and a pinch of salt.
